Reading the 0.03% correctly
A one-in-3,333 chest rate is not “unlucky streaks.” It is the expected math — unless you stack volume and calendar boosts.
Single-chest vs cumulative odds
Each Sprite Chest is an independent 0.03% roll for the base Mythic. After 1,000 chests your chance of at least one success is still only around 26%. After 3,333 chests you sit near 63% — the classic “average” is not a guarantee.
How to bend the curve
You cannot rewrite the base rate, but you can increase rolls per hour (vaults) and play when Mythic rates are boosted (Mastery Monday). Trading shortcuts the RNG entirely when a community copy is available.
